Worried they’re not saving enough?

Financial services pros aren’t the only ones worried that employees aren’t saving enough for retirement.
Turns out employers are more pessimistic than ever. Just 4% of employers say they’re very confident employees will retire with adequate resources, says a new study by Aon Hewitt.
That’s a huge drop from 30% when asked the same question a year ago!
Also: Only 18% of employers are confident workers will successfully manager their income during retirement.
No wonder more and more companies are on board with features like auto-escalation in their 401(k) plans. The more ways companies can gently nudge people into socking more away, the better.
